This video is amazing. I watched this video Tuesday night, and played in a softball game on Wednesday.
I did exactly what he said to do, fire the hips first, hold the hands back, then bring the hands forward.
I went 3 for 4 with a BB, HR, 2 2B, and a groundout.
Trust me, it works

I’m a big guy 6’5″ 245 lbs and I say that because I did not realize that I had lazy habits in my swing. I’m big and hit real hard but relied on my size too much. after getting this and other improvements into my swing…wow what a difference. When i hit home-runs they are sometimes over 400 ft. in practice I hit at least 12 to 15 over the fence and at least 4 were over 400 ft. I never did that before.
